B2B Shipping Policy

Harvilon is an original manufacturer of 4G/5G portable WiFi (MiFi) devices and wireless CPE routers. We support wholesale buyers, telecom distributors, and OEM/ODM partners worldwide with fast sample testing and bulk logistics. Here is how our shipping works:

1. Shipping & Production Times

Sample Orders: Testing samples for our 4G/5G MiFi hotspots and CPE routers are dispatched within 3 business days via express couriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS once payment is confirmed.

Bulk & OEM/ODM Orders: Dispatched strictly according to the actual factory production schedule and agreed contract. Lead times vary depending on order volume and custom requirements, such as custom frequency bands, logo silkscreen, custom firmware/IMEI, and branded packaging.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

Because hardware quantities, carton sizes, and transport methods (express, air cargo, or ocean freight) differ per order, shipping costs are quoted and confirmed on your Proforma Invoice (PI).

We support trade terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we can hand over the cargo to your warehouse or arrange pickup directly from our Shenzhen factory.

3. Battery Safety, Customs & Import Taxes

Battery Compliance: Our portable WiFi devices contain certified lithium batteries. We supply all required transport safety documents (including MSDS and UN38.3 test reports) for smooth air and sea customs clearance.

Customs & Import Duties: Import duties, VAT, and local customs fees are determined by your country's customs regulations and confirmed on your final invoice. Unless DDP terms are agreed upon in advance, destination import taxes and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Tracking & Delivery Inspection

Shipment Tracking: Once your devices are dispatched, we will email your tracking number or Sea Waybill / Bill of Lading (B/L).

Receiving Inspection: Please check all cartons upon delivery. If there is visible exterior damage or missing boxes, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 5 business days with photos so our team can resolve it right away.
