Refund policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty, Return & RMA Policy

At Harvilon, we are committed to delivering high-performance, enterprise-grade wireless networking hardware. Because our business operates strictly on a B2B commercial, wholesale, and OEM/ODM manufacturing basis, standard consumer retail return policies do not apply. All post-shipment resolutions are governed by the following terms.

1. Order Finality & Return Eligibility

All Proforma Invoices (PI) and commercial volume purchase orders are considered final upon payment confirmation and dispatch. Due to component cost fluctuations, customized allocation, and inventory management, we do not accept returns or refund requests for standard commercial stock caused by customer demand shifts or unsold inventory.

  • Custom & OEM/ODM Production: Devices customized with client-specified firmware, branding (logo silkscreen), designated packaging, frequency band tuning, or hardware structural changes are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once production scheduling begins.
  • Sample Units: Evaluation samples are supplied strictly to verify technical feasibility and build quality prior to mass manufacturing and are not eligible for commercial return or refund.

2. Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty

Harvilon provides a Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty on all proprietary manufactured networking hardware:

  • Warranty Coverage: Harvilon warrants that all manufactured hardware will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial operation throughout the product's active lifecycle (extending up to 12 months following formal End-of-Life / EOL announcement). Defective units will be repaired or replaced with functionally equivalent units free of charge.
  • End-of-Life (EOL) Policy: If an EOL product develops a hardware fault and original factory components are no longer procurable, Harvilon will offer a recommended technical upgrade model or issue a commercial credit note based on remaining depreciated value.
  • Battery Exemption: Built-in or external lithium-ion battery cells naturally experience capacity degradation through normal charge-discharge cycles and are covered under a dedicated 12-month warranty rather than lifetime terms.
  • Warranty Exclusions: Hardware failure resulting from unauthorized firmware modifications, incorrect supply voltage, electrical surges/lightning, liquid ingress, physical shock, unauthorized housing disassembly, or third-party repair will completely void warranty coverage.

3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Procedure

Our warehouse facilities will strictly refuse and return any incoming packages that lack an authorized RMA tracking number.

  • Step 1 - Case Submission: Upon discovering a hardware defect, contact our technical engineering team at harvilon@harvilon.com. Please include your Proforma/Commercial Invoice number, device serial numbers (IMEI / MAC address), a detailed fault description, and relevant diagnostic logs, test screenshots, or video demonstrations.
  • Step 2 - RMA Authorization: Our engineering support team will conduct an initial technical review. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely via configuration files or firmware patches, we will formally issue an authorized RMA Number and an official shipping instruction sheet.
  • Step 3 - Packing & Shipping: Securely pack the affected units using anti-static protective bags and sufficient cushioning material. Clearly print and mark the authorized RMA Number on the outer shipping carton.

4. RMA Facility Address & Logistics Responsibilities

All authorized RMA returns must be consigned strictly to our diagnostics and repair hub:

Consignee: Harvilon Technology - RMA Department [Specify RMA Number]
Address: Build 9, ZhongSheng Science Park, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, 518100
Support Email: harvilon@harvilon.com

Freight & Import Charges: Unless otherwise stipulated under specific Incoterms or vendor agreements, freight charges and customs clearance fees for returning units to our China facility are borne by the buyer. Harvilon will cover return freight charges to redeliver the repaired or replacement units back to the buyer's designated facility or destination port.

5. Transit Damage & Discrepancy Reporting

Consignees must inspect all outer cartons and pallet packaging immediately upon delivery at the destination port or overseas warehouse. Any carton damage, pallet shortages, or model mismatches must be formally reported to both the freight carrier and our operations team at harvilon@harvilon.com within 5 business days of receipt, accompanied by clear photos of the bill of lading, outer shipping labels, and the damaged devices.

6. Resolution: Repair, Replacement, or Commercial Credit

Once the RMA return is received and verified by our factory diagnostics laboratory:

  • Defective hardware validated under the limited lifetime warranty will be repaired or replaced with equivalent stock within 15 to 30 business days, subject to component availability.
  • If a legacy product cannot be repaired or replaced due to discontinued components, Harvilon will issue a Commercial Credit Note to your account, applicable toward upcoming volume orders or balanced in accordance with the underlying sales agreement.
